RATE CARDS #32 AND 32A, EFFECTIVE November 2006
 All
advertising orders are accepted subject to the terms and provisions of
the current rate card.
Contract
must be completed with the contract from date of first insertion
No
conditions, printed or otherwise, appearing on contracts, order or copy
instructions, including position requests, which conflict with the publisher's
policies, will be binding to the publisher.
Payment
to publisher must be made before closing date unless advertising is placed
through an accredited agency.
Position
agreements are subject to preemption by units of greater space and coloration,
special units, inserts, gatefolds, and special editorial requirements.
No
cancellations are changes in order will be accepted after publishing closing
date.
All
advertising is subject to the publisher's approval.
The
publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising. The advertiser
agrees to assume liability for all content *including test, representations,
and illustrations of advertising printed) and also assumes responsibility
for any claims arising there-from made against the publisher.
The
publisher assumes no liability if for any reason it becomes necessary to
omit an advertisement.
When
a change of copy, covered by an uncancelled insertion order, is not received
by the closing date, copy run in a previous issue will be inserted.
The
publisher's liability for any error will not exceed the charge for the
advertisement in question.
The
publisher will not be liable for error in key numbers.
In
consideration of publisher's acceptance of advertising for publication,
advertiser and its agency agree not to make promotional reference to publisher
or to the Magazine in any way except with the express written permission
of the publisher for each such use. The acceptance of the advertisement
by publisher shall in no way constitute an endorsement or recommendation
